The St-Justin Foundation is committed to democratising access to education by awarding scholarships to deserving students from the Global South. It manages 5 student residences in Switzerland. On the eve of its 100th anniversary in 2027, St-Justin is growing. Become part of our manageable, meaningful, and open-minded team in a green environment of 17,000 m2 in the city centre of Fribourg. We are advertising the following position:br/br/HR Officer 50%br/br/immediately or by arrangementbr/br/Tasksbr/br/You will ensure the care and development of the Foundation's human resources in a cross-location and intercultural environment.br/br/Your responsibilitiesbr/br/- Managing the entire employee lifecycle - Controlling recruitment processes - Drafting and monitoring employment contracts - Administrative HR support (absences, payroll coordination, social insurances) - Advising line managers on HR matters Developing HR practices tailored to the size and values of the Foundation - Ensuring compliance with Swiss labour lawbr/br/Your profilebr/br/- Training in human resources or an equivalent recognised qualification - Solid experience in an HR role - Fluent French and German (possibly English) advantageous - Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework - Discretion and organisational skills - Interest in intercultural realitiesbr/br/We offerbr/br/- An exceptional and meaningful environment - A salary corresponding to the responsibilities - Great autonomy in managing filesbr/br/We look forward to receiving your application by 9 August at job(at)justinus.ch.
