We are the Vaud Cantonal AVS Compensation Fund (CCVD), the reference Vaud actor in the field of social insurance and the 3rd largest AVS Fund in Switzerland with over one billion francs of contributions billed per year.br/br/The core values of Respect, Fairness, Trust and Professionalism form our identity and guide daily the actions of our 360 employees based in Vevey.br/br/To support the deployment of our iPension IT programme, our IT Department is strengthening its team and is looking for abr/br/IT Project Manager (100%)br/br/Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2027br/br/You will participate in managing IT projects within the strategic digital transformation programme of our Institution and work closely with stakeholders to achieve the set objectives (deadline, cost, deliverables, quality).br/br/Your main tasks will be to …br/br/- Independently manage the integration projects of the iPension solution, from the scoping phase to implementation, ensuring budget, schedule, scope, risk and deliverables management. - Organise and structure projects in accordance with CCVD project governance. - Lead, conduct and participate in analysis sessions with internal and external stakeholders. - Gather, analyse and formalise business needs in the form of specifications and requirements catalogues (backlog). - Ensure cross-functional coherence between projects, business processes and the information system. - Document application, organisational and procedural changes, and communicate them to stakeholders. - Monitor project progress using tracking indicators and provide regular reporting to steering committees. - Lead ad hoc working groups and coordinate collaboration between business teams, the IT department and external partners. - Work in close synergy with other project managers and the iPension 1st Programme Manager.br/br/What will make you successful…br/br/- A degree in IT complemented by solid experience in complex technical environments. - Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in managing IT projects, ideally gained in a transforming organisation. - Good knowledge of project management and application lifecycle methodologies (agile methods, HERMES). - Excellent communication and writing skills, with a good command of English. - A synthetic mind, great adaptability and interpersonal ease enabling you to act as a change agent. - A reliable, autonomous and rigorous personality, capable of managing priorities, stress and multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong sense of service and collaboration.br/br/What we offer…br/br/Because we are convinced that our employees are our most valuable asset, we offer attractive working conditions as well as competitive social benefits in a respectful work environment, notably guaranteeing pay equality.br/br/You will discover a good balance between personal and professional life thanks to flexible hours and the possibility to work from home.
