PROJECT COORDINATOR (m/f)

📍Regions of the cantons of Vaud, Valais or Neuchâtel

You act as a hub between customers, sales, production and construction sites. With your project and technical experience, you carry out a large number of projects (new installations and modernisations in the field of automated door and gate systems) for high-quality installations.

Your tasks:

• Professionally advising customers by phone and on site
• Planning, executing and monitoring projects from start to finish (organisation, documentation and cost control)
• Coordinating the exchange of information between the involved departments
• Responsibility for compliance with standards, warranty clauses and legal provisions
• Preparing interim and final invoices
• Providing cover in the Geneva, La Côte, Lower Valais, Central Valais and Neuchâtel regions

Your profile:

• Successfully completed basic technical apprenticeship (CFC) in metal construction, electrical engineering, automotive mechanics; mechanical engineering with commercial experience
• Further training as an IPMA level D project manager or similar is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology as well as at least 3 years of site experience
• Native French speaker, German is an asset, category B driving licence, resident in the canton of Vaud, Valais or the Neuchâtel region
• Strong skills in structured, customer-oriented and independent thinking and acting, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for our products complete your profile
