We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Windows Support Specialist L2/L3 (f/m/d)Be your best with bechtleFor one of our banking clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a Windows Support Specialist L2/L3 (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the handling of complex incidents, support for users, and continuous improvement of mission-critical environments.Mission- Diagnose and resolve level 2 and 3 incidents related to Windows environments, office and business applications, as well as occasionally macOS, iOS, and mobile equipment.- Use in-depth technical skills, analyze logs and system performance, identify root causes, and test corrective solutions.- Process and track incidents and requests received via Jira, Microsoft Teams, until their complete resolution and closure.- Ensure system health through daily checks, document procedures, and implement necessary corrective actions.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support, documentation, and processes, while respecting change management procedures, security requirements, and the coverage schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.Profile- Confirmed experience in a level 2 and 3 support role, with in-depth expertise in Windows environments.- Mastery of diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Procmon, or Fiddler, as well as PowerShell and version control tools such as Git.- Solid understanding of VDI environments under VMware, Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune solutions, as well as network concepts related to DNS, routing, and firewalls.- Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, sense of service, and ability to communicate effectively with users and technical teams.- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate before the start date.Offer- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a comprehensive pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
