On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven financial professional for a high-profile project within the robotics, power, and automation technology sector in Zurich.

Contract Type: Temporary contract (12 months) with the option for extension.

Your Tasks

• As a Finance Commercial Lead (Senior), you will oversee commercial relationships to optimize financial and business operation results while delivering sustainable client value:

• Strategic Commercial Guidance: Provide high-level financial insights and advisory to enhance commercial outcomes, mitigate business risks, and support long-term growth.

• Contract & Commercial Management: Drive contract management strategies, manage investments and accountability, and oversee commercial operations for the client project.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with business and sales leads to align financial objectives with operational goals and support sales pursuits.

• Stakeholder Management & Mentorship: Advise key stakeholders on risk mitigation and investment decisions, while mentoring team members to foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

• Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate financial processes, reporting accuracy, and cost accounting practices.

Your Profile

• Location & Eligibility: Currently based and working in Switzerland (mandatory).

• Work Experience: Proven senior-level experience in commercial finance, contract negotiation, and business advisory within complex corporate or industrial environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Contract Management and Commercial Management.

• Strong expertise in Cost Accounting, Finance Strategy, and Sales Pursuit Management.

• Solid track record of managing commercial risk and driving financial performance.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a strong advantage (nice to have).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen.

• Availability & Work Model: Ready to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup (80% onsite in Zurich).
