Support utility customers throughout the implementation of software and infrastructure projects.
Work closely with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal preparation.
Manage project execution to ensure scope, quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.
Coordinate data integration and system configuration activities.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues encountered by customers.
Deliver training, coaching and technical support to end users.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve solutions and processes.
Contribute to the deployment of innovative technologies supporting modern electricity networks.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Initial professional experience in engineering, utilities, energy, infrastructure or industrial environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Passion for technology, innovation and continuous learning.
Ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Fluent English and German language skills are required.
Knowledge of power systems, utilities, software implementation or data-related projects is an advantage.
