We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach. As a bSenior Manager Group Tax /byou will, together with the Senior Manager VAT, be responsible for all tax matters across the SR Technics Group worldwide. Working closely with the VP Treasury Tax, this role ensures a tax-efficient structure across the Group while maintaining high compliance and risk management standards. As a trusted business partner, the Senior Manager Group Tax will advise international business units on Swiss and international tax matters. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liResponsibility for global tax compliance across all SR Technics Group companies (including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax declarations and stamp duties) /li liResponsibility for the preparation and submission of OECD BEPS Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) reports /li liResponsibility for the definition, further development and implementation of transfer pricing policies for intercompany services and financing across the Group /li liMain point of contact for all tax-related matters within the international SR Technics Group /li liCoordination and optimization of global tax activities, as well as the development and implementation of tax strategies and tax risk management /li liSupport of local management during tax audits and negotiations with national and international tax authorities, including tax rulings /li liAdvisory support for MA, due diligence and financing projects, as well as support in the drafting of tax-related contractual clauses and internal tax training /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics or Law, combined with a Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification /li liAt least 8 years of experience in taxation, including both Swiss and international tax matters /li liProven in-house tax advisory experience as well as experience in managing tax audits /li liFluent German skills are mandatory; very good English skills are required /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders /li liTeam-oriented, committed and resilient personality /li liAbility to thrive in a dynamic aviation environment /li /ul h3We offer /h3 pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
