Health Auxiliary (50-80%) Lausanne/Riviera Region in Home Care

IntroductionProxi-Soins Sàrl, a company specialised in home care in Switzerland, is looking for a health auxiliary for the Lausanne/Riviera region and its surroundings.

With us, each client benefits from tailored home support, provided by a small team of caregivers, respecting their daily life and mutually agreed schedules. It is this closeness that makes us different.

Active in the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg, we are strengthening our team and seeking health auxiliaries in home care. You will join a committed care team where the quality of care and attention to each patient are at the heart of our practice.

We wish to integrate a motivated, involved person who cares about the quality of care, eager to invest in our patients and actively contribute to their well-being.

Your tasks

• Provide basic care at home: assistance with washing, dressing and feeding
• Support patients in daily life activities to promote their autonomy
• Observe patients’ health status and report any changes to the care team
• Ensure a clean, safe and adapted environment
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality follow-up

Your profile

• 120-hour Swiss Red Cross certificate or equivalent qualification
• Experience in home care or institutional care is an asset
• Good command of French, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently while integrating into a team
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and patience
• Driving licence essential
