AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Spa Welcome Agent Intern you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the Spa. With excellent customer service and hospitality skills you ensure guests comfort and well-being throughout their journey.
As a true ambassador of the Spa and wellness environment you welcome guests in accordance with W Verbier standards and guide them through their experience across the Spas various facilities including the jacuzzi hammam sauna wet area and fitness center. Through your warm professional and proactive approach you generate interest in the Spas services and facilities.
You assist with reservation management guest orientation and the presentation of treatments and retail products available on the Spa menu. You also follow up on guest requests and ensure a high-quality experience at all times.
As part of your internship you contribute to maintaining the cleanliness organization and excellence of the reception area and shared Spa spaces while adhering to the establishments quality and hygiene standards.
