La Rive-Neuve is a specialized hospital recognized for its care expertise in Blonay. To complete our teams, we are recruiting:A Finance Manager at %Main activitiesYour activities and responsibilities will be to:- Manage the Finance and Accounting teams- Assume the role of contact person for all financial management activities and contribute to the development of the institution regarding financial and economic aspects- Translate the strategy of the institution into measurable objectives through indicators and propose measures to the General Management on economic and financial issues- Supervise the entities under your responsibility and guarantee the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and the reliability of data- Ensure the production of all necessary reports for the General Management as well as for external bodies- Establish, in collaboration with the members of the Management Committee, budgets and investment monitoring- Support the General Management in budgetary processes and on the development of dashboards as well as on any specific file that requires your skills- Manage the accounting management and financial management control processProfileThe required qualifications are:- Hold a Federal Certificate or Diploma in Accounting- Benefit from complementary training in the field of health economics, or confirmed professional experience in management in the health sector and hospital establishments (minimum years)- Experience in management control, economic analysis, and project management- In-depth knowledge of the health sector, financing mechanisms, and management control- Knowledge of specific laws and regulations in your field of activity- Ability to unite and inspire the trust of teams in a benevolent and positive environment- Ability for active listening, negotiation, and communication linked with increased ease of contact- Ability for analysis and synthesis across your entire scope- Rigor, organization, and efficient steering of financial tasks and projects delegated by the General Management- Increased sense of responsibility and priorities, ability for decision-making and conflict management- Ability for flexibility and availability within a dynamic environment- Proactive and developed team spirit- Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Opale and Polypoint are assets)- Mastery of the French languageWhat we offer- A pleasant, stimulating, and benevolent work environment- A dynamic and supportive team- Support in professional development and training- Human values centered on the needs of our patients and their loved ones as well as the well-being of employees- Start date: as soon as possible- Application deadline: August 15Further information can be obtained from.
