Do you want to shape how information is structured, communicated, learned, and used in a global technology company? In this internship, you will work at the intersection of IT, Corporate Communications, Digital Adoption, and AI. You will help improve information quality, transparency, employee enablement, and digital collaboration while contributing to the foundation for future AI- and Copilot-driven experiences.
Analyze IT-related communication channels and information structures
Drive the design of clear information and communication models
Collaborate with IT and Corporate Communications stakeholders
Contribute to improving information quality, ownership and structure
Identify opportunities for AI, Copilot and digital adoption use cases
Support hands-on implementation of improvements
Your profile
Ongoing or completed studies in communication, digital business, information science, business informatics or similar
Strong interest in IT, digital communication and digital adoption
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams), Copilot interest
Structured and analytical working style
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders
Good English and German skills
