You’ve spent the last couple of years mastering the algorithms and turning ideas into content that people want to engage with. Join Saxo Bank Switzerland, as a Junior Social Media & Content Creator, for the opportunity to apply your expertise and grow our Swiss social media presence.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “post.” We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Creator who can take the lead on creating short-form videos, striking photography and engaging infographics that make financial topics accessible and relevant.

We’re looking for someone who has a natural curiosity for the world of investing and an understanding of how to turn investment strategies into compelling stories. As well as someone who is ready to own the creative process from idea to production and publication.

You will take ownership of our Swiss social channels Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X and help position Saxo as the first choice for Swiss investors and traders.

Your content will be a mix of locally created ideas (shot and produced in Switzerland) and adapted global content from our global social media team, which you’ll localise for the Swiss audience.

You’ll work closely with local leadership and marketing, while collaborating with our global marketing colleagues to keep our storytelling consistent and impactful. You’ll simplify complex financial topics, create content that performs, and use data to keep improving. You will report to the Head of Marketing Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute our organic social media content plan for Switzerland
• Create, film and edit short-form video and visual content tailored to each platform
• Localise and adapt global social media content for the Swiss market
• Write clear, engaging copy that makes complex financial topics understandable
• Use analytics to track performance and refine what we do
• Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media/content creation (agency or in-house)
• Strong writing skills and a portfolio of social content
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva and/or AI tools
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
• Languages: German and English (must); French a strong plus
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
