p Jujur.eu is looking for an amazing Freelance recruiter to join our team. If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs and have experience with hiring mostly within the multilingual BPO field, we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.brPosition: Freelance Recruiter /pp Location: Remote from anywhere /pp Employment type: 100% self employed / Freelance - strongable to invoice /strong /pp Remuneration: Commission per placed candidatesbrstrongRESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /p ul liDive into various channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidates /li liConduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles /li liWork closely with the Jujur.eu team to make the recruitment processes run smoothly for your candidates /li liKeep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them /li liCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro /li liKeep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference /li /ul pstrongREQUIREMENTS: /strong /pul liProficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must! /li liPrevious experience recruiting internationally (being able to source high volume/language speakers for roles in Europe - mainly BPO roles) /li liAbility to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently /li liGreat time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities /li liHave your own sourcing strategies / utilizing your own network /li /ul pstrongBENEFITS: /strong /pul liEnjoy a competitive always-on-time (zero base /commission-based compensation structure) /li liEmbrace the freedom and flexibility of fully remote work from anywhere in the world and managing your own schedule /li liDive into various industries and work with diverse, white-collar clients /li liTop performers will receive access to Jujur.eu database, sourcing channels and advertisement budget /li /ul
