Bank in Wollerau.brThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across the bank and is ideally suited to a proactive, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesbrbrbrProvide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in the management of client relationships.brHandle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently.brPrepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation.brCoordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.brSupport periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes.brEnsure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications.brMonitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required.brAct as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns.brCollaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management.brParticipate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.brbrbrbrYou have previous experience in a Corporate Bank.brYou speak English and Russian.brThe successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day servicing of commercial and private clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications SkillsbrbrbrBanking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.br1-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client-facing banking environment.brExperience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable.brFluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset.brStrong client service orientation and professional communication skills.brGood understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.brProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.brExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.brStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.brAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.brbrbrAdditional RequirementsbrbrbrValid Swiss work permit or authorization to work in Switzerland.brImmediate availability or short notice period preferred.brbrbrbr-...
