Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust. /p pWe are seeking a bProject Management Office (PMO) /b, an operational support role responsible for enabling the execution and administration of client projects across enterprise and institutional engagements. /p pOperating within the Consulting Services team, the PMO works closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and delivery teams to ensure project governance, documentation, and administrative processes run smoothly. /p pThis role focuses on project administration, reporting support, and operational coordination, enabling project managers to focus on delivery execution. /p pWhile project planning and delivery execution are owned by the Project Managers, the PMO Coordinator is accountable for project administration, documentation quality, and process adherence across assigned initiatives. /p h3What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3 ul liSupport Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities /li liMaintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility /li liPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes /li liSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagementsTrack project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and closure /li liMaintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible /li liAssist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools /li liCollect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders /li liSupport budget tracking and resource allocation activities /li liEnsure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks /li liContribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling /li /ul h3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul li2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration /li liExperience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /li liProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment /li liUnderstanding of project management principles and best practices /li liSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /li liLanguages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus /li liLocation: Switzerland, Lugano. /li /ul h3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /h3 ul liExposure to blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects /li liFamiliarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environments /li liExperience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies /li liCAPM, PSM, or similar project management certifications /li liInterest in progressing into Project Manager roles /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
