Field Service Engineer, Gas Turbines

Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030. /p ppbPosition /b /p /p p• Perform and supervise mechanical service work during inspections and maintenance activities on gas turbines worldwide; /pp• Supervise local service personnel associated with gas turbine activities to ensure maintenance is in accordance with equipment specifications and within outage schedule requirements; /pp• Ensure all work is performed according to Environmental, Health Safety standards as well as Quality requirements; /pp• Responsible for the quality documentation according to scope of work, incl. providing a written report about executed assignments. /p ppbRequirements /b /p /p p• Qualified mechanical Technician with a good practical background, completed mechanical apprenticeship and more than one (1) year continuous work experiences, preferably in field service works on heavy rotating machinery /pp• Eager to learn and develop to be able to supervise and perform gas turbine maintenance and inspection tasks /pp• Motivating, perseverant goal-oriented team player • Flexible and able to work under pressure /pp• Capable to communicate and understand technical documentation /pp• Willing to travel worldwide (90% of the time) and enjoy meeting new people and different cultures /pp• Excellent command of English; Italian and/or German and/or French advantageous /pp• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /p ppbOther information /b /p /p pbWorking with passionate people • Participating in environmental sustainability • Challenging work • Attractive and exciting products • Interaction with international colleagues • Flexible working conditions • Place of work in a beautiful small Swiss city rich in culture and history in the heart of Switzerland, close to the metropoles like Zurich and Basel. /bbr/ /p
