We continue to invest and expand our team, which is why we are looking for a Relationship Manager Private Banking / Wealth Management Advisor dedicated to the HNWI segment domiciled in Switzerland, with an excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market.

What awaits you?

• Provide comprehensive and personalised support to wealthy clients domiciled in the region.
• Develop your own portfolio through your network, while expanding business with existing clients of our Bank.
• Offer tailor-made investment solutions aligned with the Bank’s strategy.
• Analyse clients’ assets, advise them on investments and support them with their financing, taxation, pension and retirement needs.
• Represent the Bank at regional events and enhance its visibility.
• Collaborate with various internal segments to offer a comprehensive wealth management approach.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in HNWI wealth management in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region and an active local network.
• Advanced banking education, ideally with SAQ CWMA certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a pronounced commercial sense and a results-oriented approach.
• An autonomous, proactive personality with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.
• Very good command of French, good knowledge of English.
