ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop the Farm Technologies country/subregion organization for Austria, Switzerland Southeast Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro Kosovo) /li liSupport the development of divisional strategies and enrich them with local customer, market, and country insights /li liFull PL responsibility for all GEA Farm Technologies sales and service activities in ACH SE /li liFurther develop, elaborate, and implement the FT country/sales strategy in alignment with the divisional strategy; manage budgeting and execute sales service activities /li liSupport and develop the GEA FT ACH SEE dealer network /li liAssess the financial performance of small entities compared to importer setups /li liBuild and maintain excellent relationships with customers /li /ul h3Profile and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a technical discipline /li liInternationally experienced expert in sales, service, and general management, with a strong focus on country sales /li liMinimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an engineering driven environment /li liAdvanced understanding of business development and experience managing complex change processes /li liPreferably experience with legal procedures and knowledge of labor law, Health Safety legislation, and commercial regulations /li liFluent in German and English; French is an advantage /li liStrong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking /li liExcellent communication and public speaking skills /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities /li liProven leadership competencies, including the ability to lead and develop internationally and culturally diverse teams /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pThis position comes with a highly competitive compensation package, including a performance bonus and a company car for private use. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
