  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and support new product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Manage product portfolios and contribute to lifecycle management strategies.
  • Design and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support decision-making.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, commercial, regulatory, and operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices.
  • Coach and develop team members where applicable.

  • 8-15 years of marketing experience within MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in product management, strategic marketing, or regional marketing leadership roles.
  • English proficient, any other language is considered an asset.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and action-oriented.
  • Experience working in international and matrix organizations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
