Senior Application Engineer & Delivery- all genders (80-100%)

What exactly you will do here:

• Lead the successful delivery of major application upgrade and transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
• Own the technical leadership and lifecycle management of business-critical applications, driving stability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and engineering teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and enable effective decision-making.
• Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead and coordinate offshore engineering and support teams, providing direction, governance, and delivery oversight.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading software development and application management within the banking industry.
• Proven track record in delivering complex application upgrade, migration, or transformation programs and leading distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise applications, software development lifecycle, production support, release management, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with professional fluency in English.
