RF Design Engineer (m/f/d)

pAs an RF Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of wireless technologies that power our innovative hearing solutions. Working within our Electronic Systems RF team, you will contribute to the development of wireless communication systems—from early concept development through to successful product integration and certification. /ppYou'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform innovative RF concepts into high-performance products. In return, you'll join an international RD environment where collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning are encouraged, giving you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while making a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of people worldwide. /p pbMore about the role /b /p liDefine technical specifications for RF functions, including RF circuits and antenna systems /li liDesign, develop, and optimize PCB antennas and RF circuits from concept through product integration /li liCreate verification strategies, develop test plans, and perform verification of RF solutions to ensure performance and reliability /li liPerform RF simulations and evaluate antenna and transceiver performance using industry-leading simulation tools /li liSupport the design, development, and verification of next-generation wireless communication platforms /li liLead RF compliance activities, ensuring product conformance with regulatory standards /li liManage and support RF certification activities by coordinating with external test laboratories and ensuring successful product qualification /li liCollaborate with internal and external partners on technology assessments, feasibility studies, innovation initiatives, and future wireless platform development /li pbMore about you /b /p liMaster's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline /li liProven experience in RF design within an RD environment, including antenna design, RF measurements, and wireless system development /li liStrong expertise in RF simulation tools such as ADS and CST Studio Suite /li liHands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, and antenna measurement systems /li liExperience designing analog electronic circuits and PCB-based RF solutions /li liFamiliarity with wireless communication technologies such as Bluetooth, ISM (2.4 GHz), and low-power wireless systems /li liExperience with MATLAB and Altium Designer is considered an advantage /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset /li liFluent written and spoken English; German or French would be an asset /li pbMore about what we offer /b /p pAs one of the world's leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we're committed to building an inclusive culture.
