ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport clients in defining their business processes and adapting the 3DEXPERIENCE solution to their needs /li liDocument functional requirements in collaboration with technical teams /li liParticipate in monitoring and implementing customizations /li liProvide support and assistance during testing, validation and final acceptance phases /li liContribute to pre‑sales activities by assisting sales teams with needs analysis and solution presentations /li liWork across the entire project lifecycle, from scoping to production deployment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, ideally complemented by a technician diploma or higher education /li liStrong experience in using and/or deploying PLM tools /li liUnderstanding of industrial challenges and business processes related to PLM /li liProficiency with CAD tools is a significant asset /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liNative‑level French and fluent English /li liClient‑oriented with a consultative approach /li liAbility to work independently, in an organized and collaborative manner /li liHold a category B driving license /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in PLM tools and CAD tools, with a strong understanding of industrial challenges and business processes.
