Transition Procurement Lead

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a workstream and coordinate related activities during client onboardings. /li liTranslate client requirements and commercial commitments into clear transition deliverables. /li liProvide leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and disciplined execution without necessarily relying on formal reporting lines. /li liSupport the development of onboarding charters, governance inputs, milestones, roles, decision points and readiness criteria from a procurement solution perspective. /li liProvide subject‑matter input and guidance on procurement solution topics, ensuring that decisions are pragmatic, scalable and aligned with Chain IQ delivery standards. /li liFacilitate discussions with internal and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, dependencies, risks and decision points. /li liEnsure that key solution decisions are documented and aligned with transition governance, timelines and readiness milestones. /li liSupport go‑live readiness and handover into steady‑state operations. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of Chain IQ’s transition methodology, playbooks, templates and reusable delivery standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA degree in business, procurement, supply chain, business administration or a related discipline. /li liStrong experience in procurement, sourcing, procurement operations, transformation, consulting or managed services. /li liGood understanding of indirect procurement operating models and Source‑to‑Contract processes. /li liStrong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders and drive decisions in complex environments. /li liProven ability to work across functions and align stakeholders around shared objectives. /li liStrong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to translate complex requirements into practical and actionable deliverables. /li liCommercial awareness and understanding of client service delivery models. /li liStructured, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented working style. /li liConfidence in engaging with senior internal and client stakeholders. /li liFamiliarity with procurement technology, analytics or digital procurement solutions is beneficial. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong focus on client onboarding, stakeholder alignment and transition governance.
