Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /pReporting to the Head of Procurement Technology AI, this role is responsible for translating the requirements of the project lead and stakeholders into end-to-end procurement processes. It involves designing how the function operates from demand through to payment and modelling these processes in BPMN 2.0.br/br/Contribute to the ramp-up of a global Source-to-Pay transformation, maintainingbr/alignment with regulatory and risk frameworks and working closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, TPRM, Outsourcing, Legal, and IT.br/br/This is a hands-on design role covering the full spectrum of end-to-end processes,br/including their interaction with policy and governance gates in both directions. It also includes semantic-to-system mapping, tracing value chains through to business capabilities and into process design.br/br/The resulting process models serve as the blueprint against which the new SAPbr/platform is configured. In addition, the role translates these designs into procedures, SLAs, and supporting documentation to enable effective operational execution.ppbbYOUR CHALLENGE /b /b /p /plipTranslate project lead and stakeholder requirements into clear, end-to-end procurement process designs in line with the company’s design principles /p /lilipDesign and model Source-to-Pay processes, from demand through to payment, using BPMN 2.0 /p /lilipDevelop semantic-to-system mappings, tracing value chains through to business capabilities and into process design /p /lilipDefine how each process interacts with policy and governance gates in both directions — how processes drive controls and how controls constrain processes /p /lilipTranslate process designs into operational procedures, SLAs, and supporting documentation /p /lilipEnsure consistency of process models across regions, maintaining a single, coherent global standard /p /lilipAct as the reference point for end-to-end process design for both platform configuration teams and senior stakeholders /p /lippbbYOUR PROFILE /b /b /p /plipbProven, hands-on experience as a BPMN 2.0 process designer, with process modelling forming the core of the role /b /p /lilipbHighly adaptive to internal design principles and guidelines /b /p /lilipDemonstrable bapplication expertise in ARIS /b, object knowledge /p /lilipStrong ability to translate stakeholder and project requirements into clear, actionable process designs /p /lilipbExperience mapping semantic structures to systems, including value chains, business capabilities, and process design /b /p /lilipClear understanding of bhow process design interacts with policy and governance frameworks in both directions /b /p /lilipSolid bSource-to-Pay process knowledge /b, with a credible understanding of the demand-to-payment lifecycle /p /lilipExperience translating processes into procedures, SLAs, and operational documentation /p /lilipWorking knowledge of bSAP (Ariba and/or S/4HANA) /b, sufficient to design processes aligned with platform capabilities /p /lilipbExperience in process design within financial services or similarly regulated environments /b /p /lilipDriven and proactive, taking ownership and advancing designs without waiting for direction /p /lilipHands-on and comfortable operating within a fast-paced transformation programme /p /lilipCurious and quick to learn, with a strong ability to translate business needs into clear designs /p /lilipCollaborative and personable, with a stakeholder-focused approach and a desire to deliver impact /p /lilipRelevant process or modelling certifications (e.g. OMG BPMN, Software AG ARIS, or recognised process management qualifications) are advantageous /p /lilipbFluent in English, German would be preferred /b /p /lipWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool. /p
