ph3Associate Director, Forecasting Data /h3 h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Data Leader – Forecasting will be responsible for building and governing high-quality, AI-ready data foundations to enable forecasting at scale. This role will drive the creation of certified data products and ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility across the enterprise. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Data Strategy Architecture /h3 ul liDefine the data strategy for forecasting (demand, supply, inventory, pricing, external signals) /li liDesign scalable data architecture on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP lakehouse) /li liStandardize data models and semantic layers across regions /li /ul h3Data Product Development /h3 ul liBuild and own certified data products (forecast inputs, demand signals, master data) /li liDefine SLAs, quality metrics, and certification standards /li liEnable self-service consumption for AI models and business users /li /ul h3Data Governance Quality /h3 ul liEstablish governance frameworks (ownership, lineage, cataloging, access control) /li liEnsure data quality, consistency, and completeness across multiple ERPs /li liDrive data readiness for AI use cases /li /ul h3Integration Platform Enablement /h3 ul liLead data ingestion and integration from internal systems and external sources /li liCollaborate with platform teams on pipelines, transformations, and storage /li liEnsure scalability and performance of data pipelines /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with AI teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams /li liAct as the bridge between business data needs and technical implementation /li liDrive data literacy and adoption across teams /li /ul h3Key Skills Qualifications /h3 ul li10–15 years in data engineering, data architecture, or data platforms /li liStrong experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) /li liExpertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data governance /li liExperience working in multi-ERP, complex enterprise environments /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li /ul h3Success Metrics /h3 ul liNumber of certified data products created /li liData quality scores (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) /li liTime to enable new AI use cases /li liReduction in data-related issues/escalations /li /ul pPay Range: CHF140,000.00 - CHF280,000.00 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
