p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe involved from the start of PLM projects to support clients in defining their business processes /li liAdapt the 3DEXPERIENCE solution to clients' needs /li liDocument functional requirements and participate in tracking and implementing specific customizations /li liSupport users during testing, validation and final acceptance stages /li liEnsure compliance of the implemented solution /li liProvide support and assistance to client teams during deployment /li liContribute to change management to promote adoption of new tools and processes /li liContribute to pre-sales activities by supporting the sales teams /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical field /li liStrong experience using and/or deploying PLM tools /li liUnderstanding of industrial challenges and business processes related to PLM /li liProficiency in CAD tools is a strong asset /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written /li liFluent in French and proficient in English /li liCustomer-facing experience preferred and a consulting-oriented approach /li liAutonomous, organized and able to work collaboratively /li liHold a valid driving license (category B) /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in PLM tools and processes, with a strong focus on client engagement, change management, and compliance.
