As a strategic business partner, you will shape and execute the company's digital roadmap, ensuring that technology, data and business solutions create tangible value while delivering secure, efficient and reliable services. You will work closely with Executive Management, Business Domain Leaders and Corporate IT to accelerate innovation, optimise business processes and support ETEL's long‑term growth. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategy, Business Partnership Governance /h3 ul liAlign technology and digital initiatives with business priorities and corporate strategy. /li liAct as a trusted adviser to Executive Management and Business Domain Leaders. /li liDrive digital transformation, AI, automation and data initiatives across the organisation. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify and optimise business processes. /li liEstablish governance for business applications, enterprise data and digital investments. /li liLead project and portfolio prioritisation while ensuring clear ownership of business processes, applications and master data. /li /ul h3Technology Digital Solutions /h3 ul liLead Technology Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Solutions teams. /li liEnsure secure, reliable and cost‑effective IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace services. /li liGovern ERP and enterprise applications inline with corporate roadmaps and business needs. /li liSponsor AI, automation and data initiatives supporting business performance. /li liLead the PMO and oversee solution architecture and strategic project delivery. /li liDrive continuous improvement of digital capabilities across the business. /li liCoordinate ETEL's international IT hubs and act as the primary interface with HEIDENHAING Group IT. /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liLead, develop and inspire the IT/IS organisation. /li liManage Business Systems Analysts and IT specialists while supporting a network of Business Domain Leaders. /li liFoster a culture of collaboration, customer orientation, innovation and continuous improvement. /li liBuild a high‑performing team capable of supporting ETEL's business ambitions. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business MBA or postgraduate is an advantage. /li liMinimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience. /li liProven success leading Digital Transformation, Business Technology or Information Systems organisations. /li liExperience within an international manufacturing environment. /li liStrong expertise in ERP and enterprise business solutions. /li liExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programmes. /li liProject Portfolio Management experience. /li liEnterprise Applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, DMS, SAP is a plus). /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Do you want to take up this challenge? /h3 pWe look forward to receiving your application! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
