Field Technician (Central part of Switzerland) - 100%We are looking for talented people who share our interests and values. Do you focus on the essential and do you say? And most of all, do you excel in providing exceptional service every day?In order to provide and maintenance support of the network, we are currently looking for a qualified Technician.As a member of the team, provide support to other Field Technicians and Team Leaders. You are going to resolve complex network faults and provide system support first node software Introductions and software and maintain Transmission Network.- Maintain Radio Access Network equipment including indoor and outdoor equipment. (This task will involve climbing masts to perform resolve faults)- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve, network faults, network performance issues and other problems with Service Level Agreement.- Optimize the network involving tools, configuring of on-site and of equipment and infrastructure.- Provide support to resolve faults and general problems.- On-call.Required and Professional Experience:- Preferably electrician, or similar skills and ability to driving license.Required Skills and Behaviours:- Customer: A strong commitment to prioritizing customer needs while ensuring actions align with business profitability.- Planning: Approaches tasks methodically, time meeting deadlines, even when handling multiple tasks.- Problem-Solving: Tackles challenges proactively, making decisions based on thoughtful of available options and potential outcomes.- Independence: the ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as a team member.- Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to new and circumstances, effectively managing multiple.- Willingness to work in various conditions and travel to different as required.- English and German (fluent).We offer:- A dynamic and technical environment within the telecom.- Wide range of projects in the IT and.- Employment conditions and social.Dreamed of having a job in refreshing environment?
