For eight years, we have grown by 20 to 50 percent annually. Our infrastructure is modern and automated, and our team is direct and responsive. For us, the customer comes first. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pYou will lead our sales team and, as a member of the management team, help shape our growth strategy. Thanks to a high degree of automation and a streamlined sales process, you'll have minimal administrative tasks. You'll spend your time where it matters most: with customers, suppliers, and leading your team. /p ul liOpening up new sales channels and listings in the Swiss retail trade /li liLeading, coaching and optimizing the sales team (three field sales representatives, one channel marketing manager) /li liWorking closely with our CEO in corporate management /li liTake over and expand your own key accounts /li liActively support the supplier side and expand partnerships. /li /ul h3You bring that with you /h3 pYou live and breathe sales to major clients.
