Interim Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Act as the key Finance Business Partner to the Managing Director, providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making. Lead the finance function and ensure the smooth execution of all finance-related activities during the maternity leave coverage period. Own and coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where required. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to local and international stakeholders. Monitor costs and profitability, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other business functions to support commercial initiatives and drive growth. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting processes, and internal controls. Manage communication with regional and international finance teams. Lead, coach, and develop one direct report while fostering a high-performance finance environment. Strategic Finance Business Partnering Join a Leading Global FMCG Brand Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within an international environment. Proven experience in business partnering and supporting senior stakeholders with financial decision-making. Good knowledge of the FMCG sector, ideally gained in a commercial finance, controlling, or business partnering environment. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Experience managing complex financial planning cycles and driving process improvements. Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Previous leadership experience and a track record of coaching and developing team members. Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP. Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of operating successfully in a fast-paced environment.
