Assistant Executive Housekeeper (m/w/d)

You will complement our Housekeeping team and be responsible for the following areas: In close collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a team of approximately 70 Room Attendants and Floor Porters. You will actively contribute to staff scheduling and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include inspecting arrival, stayover and departure rooms, as well as checking VIP setups, public areas and staff accommodation. You will organise and order the materials required for daily operations and ensure that all deliveries meet our quality standards and are complete. Through targeted training and continuous guidance, you will support the professional development of our employees and ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards. You will act as a competent point of contact for our guests, responding to questions and individual requests while ensuring attentive and personalised service. Fixed-term seasonal position from mid-November 2026 until the beginning of April 2027 5-day working week averaging 43.5 hours, with 5 weeks' holiday and 6 public holidays per year. 13th month's salary from the start of employment (pro rata temporis).
