Support daily operations within the assigned department while ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
Assist the team in delivering exceptional service in accordance with the property's luxury standards and procedures.
Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Front of House departments.
Develop professional skills through hands-on experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Currently enrolled in a recognized hospitality school or relevant educational program.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, internships, or customer service is an asset.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Flexible, reliable, and available throughout the winter season.
