Packaging Engineer

The Packaging Engineer leads the end-to-end development of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, ensuring successful industrialization, regulatory compliance, and seamless product commercialization.

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact:

• Drives packaging innovation projects and contribute to new product concept development.
• Manage end-to-end packaging development, ensuring delivery on time and in line with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Creates and approve technical documentation, specifications, drawings, validation plans, and risk assessments.

• Coordinates with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners to ensure successful industrialization and launch.
• Ensures effective project communication, documentation, issue resolution, and smooth handover to Quality and Lifecycle teams.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

• Packaging engineer or comparable education
• Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in packaging development for Luxury skin care and make up products.
• Creative and solution driven
• Organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Capacity to engage with business partners
• Relocate to Zurich
• Curiosity to learn and understand policies and procedures
