Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /pJoin Julius Baer's Structured Lending Solutions team as a structured lending specialist, where you will play a critical role in Julius Baer’s lending offering within the GPS Division.ppbbYOUR CHALLENGE /b /b /p /plipAct as subject matter expert structuring complex lending transactions collaborating with key stakeholders globally /p /lilipLiaise with clients to find suitable solutions for their bespoke lending needs /p /lilipSupport the broader team in deal specific tasks and various other exercises /p /lippbbYOUR PROFILE /b /b /p /plipBachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking Finance, Business Administration, or Law /p /lilipExperience in collateralized transactions underlying being equities, fixed income, hedge funds, amongst other /p /lilipWork on front to back work stream coverage – origination, structuring, approvals (including liaising with control functions) and lifecycle management /p /lilipPreference for cross-jurisdictional experience, with understanding of complex cases (insider considerations, etc.) /p /lilipTechnical background in collateral assessment (excel models, etc.) /p /lilipBackground in transaction documentation negotiation /p /lilipExperience with derivative structures / hedged transactions /p /lilipProficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint /p /lilipExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, other languages are a plus /p /lilipDiligent, accurate, and reliable personality /p /lilipStrong analytical, planning and organizational skills /p /lilipCritical and conceptual problem-solver with a growth mindset, with strong attention to detail /p /lilipAble to work independently, and take ownership, with a highly motivated and positive attitude /p /lipWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool. /p
