Research & Information Services Deliver high-quality research, reference, and literature search support to internal stakeholders Develop tailored information products, reading lists, and research iefings Advise users on information discovery tools, search methodologies, and reference management solutions Coordinate document delivery services and external resource requests < >< >Collection & Content Management Manage the development and maintenance of both digital and physical information resources Evaluate, acquire, and optimize collections based on evolving user needs and organizational priorities Oversee electronic resource access, licensing, and subscription management Ensure information resources remain accurate, accessible, and relevant < >< >Knowledge Organization & Metadata Create and maintain high-quality metadata and cataloguing records Manage taxonomies, classification structures, and controlled vocabularies Improve information discoverability and retrieval through effective knowledge organization practices Support ongoing data quality improvement initiatives < >< >Systems & Digital Services Administer li ary and information management platforms Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations Monitor system performance and support operational reporting requirements Contribute to the successful implementation of digital information management solutions < >< >Innovation & Continuous Improvement Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-based solutions, to enhance information services Identify opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency Lead and support small-scale projects related to systems, metadata, and service improvements Drive innovation within information and knowledge management practices < >< >Governance, Compliance & Vendor Management Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and data protection requirements Support procurement activities, contract administration, and vendor management processes Monitor service performance and provide insights through relevant KPIs and reporting Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and best practices < >< >Stakeholder & External Collaboration Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving information needs Develop partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and professional networks Promote information services and raise awareness of available resources across the organization 2 year contract Possibility of extension of at least 12 months Bachelor's degree in Li ary & Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience within a professional li ary, information management, or knowledge services environment Experience working independently in a research-intensive or knowledge-driven organization Practical exposure to li ary systems, information platforms, and metadata management Experience participating in projects such as system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or process improvement programs Demonstrated interest in applying emerging technologies, particularly AI, within information management services Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills in English < >< >Nice to Have Experience gained in academic, research, central banking, governmental, or international organization environments Postgraduate qualification in Li ary & Information Science or Information Management German and/or French language skills Long-term assignment within a highly respected international organization Opportunity to work at the intersection of information management, research support, and emerging technologies...
