Acting as the technical lead for these platforms, you will drive solution design, integrations, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.ppbbYOUR CHALLENGE /b /b /p /plipOwn the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY /p /lilipDrive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions supporting permanent and external workforce processes /p /lilipAct as the primary technical subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY /p /lilipTranslate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions /p /lilipDefine and manage product backlog, priorities, and technical requirements /p /lilipEnsure seamless integrations across the HR and enterprise ecosystem, including Workday HCM, SAP BTP, and vendor management solutions /p /lilipPartner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders /p /lilipDrive testing, release management, and deployment activities /p /lilipLead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives /p /lilipEvaluate new Workday capabilities and innovations and translate them into business value /p /lilipSupport strategic workforce initiatives, including external workforce and contingent labour management programs /p /lippbbYOUR PROFILE /b /b /p /plipUniversity degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field /p /lilipExtensive experience as a Technical Product Owner, Workday Product Owner, Solution Architect, or in a similar role within complex enterprise environments /p /lilipStrong expertise in Workday, with proven experience in bWorkday Recruiting /band ideally bWorkday VNDLY /b /p /lilipSolid understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes, and integrations /p /lilipExperience managing and evolving Workday products and capabilities in a global organization /p /lilipStrong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application landscapes /p /lilipAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions /p /lilipProven track record of working effectively with both business and technology stakeholders /p /lilipStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic delivery mindset /p /lilipExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /p /lilipHigh level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus /p /lilipWorkday certifications and experience in contingent workforce management are considered strong assets /p /lilipProficient in English /p /lipWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool. /p
