You'll join a collaborative RD team where engineers have real ownership, tackle complex technical challenges and contribute directly to products that are making an impact worldwide. /p pIf you enjoy designing sophisticated electronic systems from concept through to production, this could be an exceptional opportunity. /p p strong The Opportunity /strong /p pAs a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in developing advanced embedded hardware platforms, working across the complete product lifecycle, from architecture and design through to testing, validation and production support. /p pYou will be part of a highly collaborative engineering team where innovation, curiosity and technical excellence are genuinely valued. /p pstrong What You will Be Doing /strong /p p Designing high-performance embedded electronic systems /p p Developing analogue and high-speed digital hardware /p p System architecture and electronic design /p p PCB schematic capture and HDI layout /p p Working with microcontrollers, high-speed ADCs and FPGA-based hardware /p p Hardware bring-up, debugging and validation /p p Developing prototype and production test solutions /p p Supporting products from early concept through to manufacturing /p p Creating engineering and technical documentation /p p Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative products /p pstrong What We are Looking For /strong /p pWe are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and takes pride in delivering high-quality hardware. /p pIdeally you will have: /p p Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BSc or MSc) /p p Around 5+ years' experience in hardware electronics design /p p Strong analogue electronics design experience /p p High-speed digital design expertise /p p PCB design, layout and manufacturing knowledge /p p Experience with hardware testing, debugging and validation /p p Understanding of EMC and product integration /p p Practical laboratory and prototyping experience /p p Excellent problem-solving skills /p p Fluent English /p pstrongNice to Have /strong /p p Python /p p Embedded software or microcontroller programming /p p FPGA experience /p p Signal processing knowledge /p p strong Why This Opportunity? /strong /p p Join an ambitious Swiss Deep Tech company experiencing strong growth /p p Work on genuinely innovative technology—not incremental improvements /p p Be involved across the full product development lifecycle /p p Collaborate with highly talented multidisciplinary engineers /p p Enjoy significant technical ownership and autonomy /p p Hybrid working (2 days home office) /p p Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development /p
