  • This role is based in Barcelona Role Overview & Strategic Focus Become part of a vibrant team in central Barcelona tasked with managing a vital digital marketing program essential for organizational expansion. Built for professionals expert at maneuvering through the fine points of the German market, this flexible role places you as a dependable consultant. You will support rapidly expanding companies—including emerging market leaders—through an evolving, technology-driven landscape. Your performance depends on nurturing client partnerships, boosting platform adoption, reducing client attrition, and generating fresh revenue streams across your client list. Key Duties & Accountabilities Your main goal is to cultivate and grow a slate of newly acquired clients while carrying out core revenue and promotion initiatives : Client Onboarding & PPC Management : Serve as the direct liaison to onboard new partners and deploy targeted pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives. Sales Execution & Account Expansion : Make routine outgoing calls to demo capabilities, close agreements, and cross-sell tools to raise overall account yield. Goal Alignment & Strategic Design : Discover main client targets to design effective, high-yield campaign tactics that deliver quick gains. CRM Management : Keep, organize, and consistently refresh comprehensive client records. Performance Analysis & Reporting : Measure, review, and report on fundamental campaign KPIs, offering strategic insights to account holders. Marketing Funnel Alignment : Guide enterprises on aligning their promotion plans with overall digital customer journeys, including destination page tuning, target grouping, and creative iteration. Market Insights : Collect regional market developments and user feedback about solutions and market rivals to assist in shaping company direction. Target Candidate Profile Essential Qualifications Language Proficiency : Fluent mastery or C1 / C2 expertise in German, paired with professional business command of English. Operational Capabilities : Demonstrated track record of independent work, managing portfolio clients, and operating CRM platforms. Tech Literacy : Familiarity with adopting AI systems into daily tasks and transforming raw metrics into tailored client messaging. Interpersonal Skills : Superior spoken and written messaging skills, strong influence capability, sharp commercial instinct, and a result-oriented mindset. German Market Expertise Cultural Intelligence : Deep familiarity with German professional norms, subtle local expectations, and organizational structures, alongside background collaborating with marketing agencies and cautious buyers. Strategic Integration : Skill in recognizing expanding German firms and smoothly integrating digital media tools into their current operations. Regulatory Knowledge : Sound understanding of European governance requirements—particularly data privacy frameworks like GDPR—and the capability to design strategies that satisfy strict privacy guidelines. Preferred Attributes High interpersonal awareness, organized implementation, and robust logical reasoning. A self-directed, energized outlook centered on inventive problem-solving. Salary & Benefits Package Schedule : A full-time, 39-hour schedule in Barcelona structured around a flexible 3 days on-site and 2 days remotely balance. Compensation : Entry base pay of €26,000 gross alongside a €4,000 success-linked bonus, offering a defined route to a €30,000 base level in your initial year. Relocation Package : Full-service transition assistance to facilitate a seamless move to Spain. Health Coverage : Fully funded private healthcare coverage. Phase 3 : Quality Analyst : Move into an analytical, data-focused position centered on reviewing ad performance and optimizing internal workflows.
