On behalf of a recognised family business specialised in the design, construction and assembly of high-end machines, we are looking for a Strategic Projects Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be the privileged contact for our Key Accounts and will develop lasting trust relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
• You will manage projects by coordinating internal teams and ensuring respect for deadlines, costs and quality requirements.
• You will lead project reviews, monitor action plans and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• You will support clients after project delivery and value their feedback in a continuous improvement approach.
• You will ensure project reporting, monitor performance indicators and manage risks with the Management.
• You will contribute to the evolution and optimisation of project management methods within the company.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in project management, cross-functional coordination or PMO, ideally in a demanding industrial or technical environment.
• You are comfortable in an interface role between technical teams, sales and clients.
• You demonstrate natural leadership and know how to unite teams around common goals, without direct hierarchical links.
• You master project management tools ("MS Project", "Excel", "Jira", "Asana" or equivalent); knowledge of an ERP is an asset.
• You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You are recognised for your rigour, organisation, analytical mind, autonomy and solution orientation.
