SHMS is a proud member of the Swiss Education Group. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in hospitality education.
Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste disposal.
Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support kitchen staff by preparing and organizing kitchen tools and equipment.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the kitchen.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
