Description du poste :

This opportunity will allow you to join a dynamic organization based in Bern, operating in a data-driven environment where business intelligence plays a strategic role. Responsabilities : - Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic business decision-making processes - Build and optimize complex data models ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements - Develop and maintain sophisticated DAX measures and calculated columns to deliver accurate analytical insights - Transform and prepare data using Power Query (M) to ensure data quality and consistency across reporting solutions - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into effective BI solutions - Implement best practices for Power BI development, including version control, documentation, and governance standards - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data connectivity, performance optimization, and report functionality - Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Power BI solutions

Profil recherché :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Power BI in a business intelligence capacity - Senior-level expertise in data modeling, DAX language, and Power Query (M) for data transformation - Proven track record of designing and delivering complex dashboards and reports for diverse business needs - Experience in the insurance sector is considered a strong advantage for this role - Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are a valuable plus - Strong ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Technical skills: - Microsoft Power BI - DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) - Power Query (M language) - Data modeling - Dashboard and report development Personal skills : - Strong analytical mindset - Effective stakeholder communication - Problem-solving abilities - Business requirement gathering - Attention to detail
