Reference: CLS/RH/2026.771 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday in 12-hour shifts (7:00 am-8:00 pm / 7:30 pm-7:30 am) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

As a Nurse within the Pool, you provide support in the medical and surgical units according to the institution's needs. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, offers the opportunity to apply a varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment and provides a stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you be expected to do?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualised and quality care
• Ensure rigorous documentation of care in the electronic patient record
• Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis and safety rules
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

• The team consists of 10 collaborators. Their strength lies in being a united team with a shared sense of values. Working each in different units, they always enjoy meeting during breaks.

• Audrey Laurent, Head Nurse of the care unit and Pool manager, has a recognised background in various surgical specialties. Her leadership, based on listening, kindness and availability, guarantees a respectful working environment where each collaborator can fully flourish. What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Nursing diploma or equivalent title recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organisation and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
