Officer at the restaurant La Table ** (M/F)

Workplace : Lausanne Palace

Start date : 01-10-2026

Contract type : Permanent contract

Responsibilities

• You assist the head waiter in the dining room service.
• You ensure the setting of tables before service.
• You ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and the smooth running of the service.
• You collaborate effectively with the kitchen and the entire dining room team.

Profile sought

• You have initial experience in catering, including as part of an internship or work-study programme.
• You have an excellent appearance, are courteous and possess a real sense of service.
• You are dynamic, responsive and enjoy teamwork.
• You are able to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure.
• You know the rules of hygiene and food safety.
• You master French; knowledge of English or another foreign language is an asset.
