Location: Europe (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent or B2B) Level: Principal Individual Contributor Work Authorization: Must be based within the European Union (hired via Deel where applicable) About the Role We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to design and build the core infrastructure powering autonomous AI clinicians. This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on building large-scale distributed systems, AI agents, secure healthcare infrastructure, and production-grade backend platforms. You'll work directly with founders, hospitals, and healthcare providers to solve complex technical problems that have real-world impact.
