To strengthen our Field Service team we are looking for a highly organized hands-on and motivated Field Service Specialist who is open to travel.
You will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing a wide range of instruments (hardware & software) while acting as a trusted partner to our customers.
We are hiring in the greater Lausanne and Geneva area.

Your Responsibilities

1. Install maintain troubleshoot and repair instruments across hardware software and applications
2. Build strong long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
3. Support customer growth and retention especially key reference accounts
4. Contribute to achieving and exceeding service and sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction
5. Actively promote and support our Field Service portfolio
6. Use the oneservice mobile solution to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
7. Work with service reports manuals spare parts documentation and partner resources to deliver best-in-class service
8. Provide structured feedback to Sales Global Product Support and Management
9. Manage time priorities and resources effectively
10. Support cross-regional activities when required
11. Represent oneservice professionally and positively at all times

What You Bring

1. Education: Degree in electronics electrical engineering mechatronics biomedical engineering or medical technology
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a field service or technical support role ideally within Life Sciences Diagnostics or Medical Devices; experience in laboratory automation is an advantage
3. Languages:
4. German (minimum B2)
5. English (professional level)
6. French (mandatory)
7. Skills: Strong communication skills customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently and in a team
