Our client is an international company based in Geneva.brbrbrbrOperate and manage a high-volume, multilingual switchboard (French/English required; additional languages are a plus), ensuring seamless call handling and exceptional service at all timesbrbrbrOversee the CISCO system, including call routing, message handling via the operator console, and support for senior management and executive-level communicationsbrbrbrHandle all interactions with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when dealing with VIPs and senior stakeholdersbrbrbrApply strict security protocols, including identifying and managing suspicious or fraudulent callsbrbrbrCoordinate travel arrangements, including:brAdvising on domestic train travel (CFF)brManaging international travel requestsbrAdministering subscription renewalsbrbrbrbrManage and follow up on facility-related requests via the internal ticketing system, ensuring proper coordination with relevant teams and timely resolutionbrbrbrbrManaging a high-volume switchboard and ensuring professional communicationbrCoordinate operational support activities including travel arrangementsbrbrbrProfilebrbrbrProven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within a high-expectation, service-driven environmentbrStrong command of French and English (C1 minimum); additional languages are an advantagebrSolid technical comfort with telephony systems and administrative toolsbrbrbrPersonal AttributesbrbrbrService-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetbrExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organizationbrStrong ability to remain calm and efficient under pressurebrHigh level of discretion, tact, and reliabilitybrTeam player with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledgebrAbility to explain processes clearly and support users in a pedagogical mannerbrbrFull time role....
