In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product team, showcasing the power of Protocol AI through engaging demos and tailoring the platform to meet client-specific needs. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for prospective and existing clients (in-person and/or virtual) /liliUnderstand client workflows, pain points and requirements to guide solution design /liliConfigure and implement client-specific templates, workflows, and settings within Protocol AI /liliAct as a bridge between clients and our Product and Engineering teams to support onboarding, feature requests and customizations /liliGather structured feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for the platform /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster\'s in Life Sciences, MD, Pharmacy, Biology, Clinical Research, or a related field.
