It’s a role that blends innovation, ownership, and real impact, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along the way. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEngineer, develop, operate, and continuously improve cloud-native platforms in an agile DevOps environment /liliDesign, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling /liliDevelop and operate cloud-native services, tooling, and integrations /liliPerform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging across containers, networking, and Linux‑based systems /liliActively participate in incident management, on‑call rotation, and change handling /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong experience with Linux, cloud‑native architectures, container‑based systems, and automation /liliExperience with CloudFoundry, BOSH, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, RabbitMQ /liliExperience operating and developing cloud platforms at scale /liliExperience debugging complex systems across networking and infrastructure layers /liliKnowledge of Kubernetes is a plus /liliProgramming or scripting experience; Golang or Ruby is a plus /liliExcellent spoken and written communication skills in English; German is a plus /li /ulh3Expectations /h3pOpportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or remotely.
