ppFly with us into the future and become part of the team at one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world. /p h3Team Leader Mechanical Systems /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, support and develop the mechanical systems team for the trainer aircraft /li liOrganise and manage all the projects within the team to ensure they meet the customer requirements, on time and on budget /li liWork with, and manage a large number of mechanical vendors to ensure timely delivery and appropriate solutions to emerging issues /li liLead the development of new mechanical systems for our products as defined in the budget, and addressing emerging obsolescence issues /li liWork with business unit and suppliers to identify future opportunities for the trainer aircraft in support of the roadmap to keep them ahead of our competitors /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with 10+ years of experience in aircraft mechanical systems and at least 5 years working on Pilatus aircraft /li liProven project management expertise and strong practical experience in the implementation and continuous improvement of engineering processes and products /li liDemonstrated leadership experience, ideally managing large multicultural, multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, with the ability to inspire and develop others /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of understanding complex technical challenges and communicating solutions clearly to both technical teams and senior management /li liDynamic, proactive, and customer‑focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills /li liHighly adaptable and forward‑thinking, able to balance competing priorities, drive strategic direction and promote a culture of continuous improvement /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA committed, international team and unique projects /li liFlexible working hours and individual pension solutions /li liSupport for training and opportunities for personal and professional development /li liDiscounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employees /li liTeam events at which we celebrate our successes together /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
