Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoropul liDevelop and drive the regional education strategy in partnership with the Regional Managing Director and regional team. /li liUse data to identify trends in educational performance across schools, and establish clear goals and timelines for school improvement. /li liSupport school leaders in strategic planning and rigorous self-evaluation. /li liProvide strategic leadership of all school improvement work in the region, including quality assurance processes aligned to the NAE framework. /li liEnsure full and appropriate delivery of the curricula offered in schools and support strong academic outcomes across all programmes. /li liMonitor and evaluate the impact of school improvement activity, sharing findings and effective practice across the network. /li liSupport schools in building robust systems for collecting, analysing and acting on student performance data. /li liSupport and influence the Professional Learning Strategy so it addresses key issues across the region and builds staff capacity. /li liLead the education due diligence process for prospective new schools in the region. /li liBuild trusted, productive relationships with principals and school leaders across the region. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSignificant senior leadership experience in education, with a strong track record in school improvement across multiple schools or a network. /li liDeep knowledge of the K-12 range and the ability to engage credibly with school leaders on curriculum, assessment and outcomes. /li liExperience working in or with international schools, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they present. /li liSkilled use of data and evidence to drive decision-making and evaluate impact. /li liExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. /li liExperience leading or contributing to quality assurance processes across a group of schools. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
